How to overcome self harm
I suppose I’ll start this by saying that I have never battled with self harm or depression, but I do know a lot about it as I’ve helped friends over come it. [[MORE]]
Before the steps I suppose I have to give people some examples of self harm as some don’t think they are: cutting, burning, scratching, starving themselves, purging, snapping an elastic band on your wrist, etc.

Is there something else I should post about, step-by-step in the same fashion? I don’t really know, but I liked that I could help you all in some way with a simple post like that. So tell me if you have any suggestions and I’ll try to create a step-by-step post.
